The Vegetable Burger & Salad

The Good Salad:

Dressing: (mix well and chill) 1/4 cup canola oil; 1/4 cup lemon juice; 2 cloves of minced garlic; 1/2 teaspoon of salt; 1/2 teaspoon pepper; honey to taste

Ingredients: 2 bunches of torn Romaine lettuce; 2 cups chopped tomatoes; 1 cup shredded red and while cheddar cheese; 2/3 cup slivered toasted almonds; 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese; 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled; 1 cup salad croutons

The Vegetable Burger:

Plain brioche burger buns; slices of tomato; lettuce; Harvest Gourmet Sensational Burger plant-based patty; slice of cheese; butter
